Waffleman!!

 Aunt Lisa, Hilary and me
Denise, our friend from Chicago who came to join in the fun!
 Mike and Uncle Chad
Brian. The boys got to help in the kitchen, making and pouring waffle batter!
All the girls on Team Dayna! From left: Aunt Kara, Hilary, Aunt Lisa, me, Dayna, Denise and Jessi.

Team Dayna's youngest members. They went to choir practice at church, then grandma Ellen brough them up to the school to eat Waffles. They were excited to wear their t-shirts and Team Dayna bracelets. At one point, I even saw them go give her a hug and talk to her!

Some of Dayna's co-workers at Cavett school planned a fundraiser to help with her pile of medical bills. It was a hugely successful night, almost 900 people came! We also sold these t-shirts and wristbands as a fundraiser/support of Dayna. That was very successful also. It was so great to see so many people there to support her and I know she got so much strength from everything people said and did for her. She is feeling pretty well. She has another chemo treatment on Friday, so next week will be rough. Keep praying for her. I think the most important thing is that she has a very positive attitude and is in good spirits. That will hopefully carry her through the hard times on the horizon! More updates later!
